We have structured our network to reduce any likelyhood of downtime either due to our own hardware failure or downtime from our main supplier. We are based in Redbus III, Sovereign House, London - and have direct access to many peering exchanges. Redbus III, Sovereign House in Docklands, London is one of the most resilient and presitigous data centres in London. With access to peering exchanges such as LINX, LIPEX, and many more, we have access to some of the best connectivity in the UK.
Currently we receive 2 x 100Mb data feeds from our main supplier Burstfire Networks providing us with a dual BGP feed to the Internet, utilising HSRP for redundancy. Our network is carefully design to ensure the highest resiliency and to allow for any point of failure. We have standby hardware powered on ready to take over in the unlikely event of any problem; and in the absolute worst case scenario, we also have standby hardware with up to date configurations ready to be powered on if need be.Our network is fully monitored, meaning that any service or port that 'pages down' (including customer equipment) our network engineers receive notification via a dedicated monitoring service. We use a high quality SMS carrier that provides premium SMS routing, meaning that there is no delay in sending out SMS Alerts.
